PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE COMPLETELY. We will only accept orders/ payments online. In the rare circumstance that you cannot order/pay online please contact Meredith at evefunlunches@gmail.com. Please DO NOT print an order and take cash to the office, contact Meredith directly for assisstance.
At the end of every school year the ordering system is reset as some parents may forget or lose their account information, students leave the school and the biggest reason is that we are not permitted to keep data for parents or students who have left the school.
To set up your account please follow these instructions.
Go to www.evefunlunches.hotlunches.net
Click on “Click here to Register”
Enter Access Code EVHL
Complete the rest of the registration form (make sure you fill out ALL the information).
Click “Register Now” button
Follow instructions on adding each child that attends the school
Once your child(ren) are registered, click on the “Orders” tab
Proceed to order fun lunches for your child(ren)
******IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE******
.If you have a credit, it will be attached to the email address that was used last year. Therefore, you must use the same email address that was used last year when you create your account this year. If you are unsure if you have a credit or of the email address that was used, please email the Fun Lunch Coordinator (Meredith Walker) at evefunlunches@gmail.com.
If you want to order lunches for every month, please ensure that you go into the schedule for each month. You will need to order and pay for lunches for October , November and December at this time. All orders must be placed and paid for by Tuesday Sept 27th. No late orders will be accepted.
Please ensure that you pay for your order all at once, NOT for each lunch (or month) individually.
PAYMENT – We are only accepting online payments via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account). Food will NOT be ordered for your child if you do not submit your payment.
Refund/Credit Policy - If a parent contacts the Fun Lunch Coordinator (Meredith Walker) to cancel a Fun Lunch 3 weeks prior to a Fun Lunch day occurring, the Coordinator will credit the child’s account. The credit will roll over to subsequent sessions (ie. the following school year, if applicable). If a credit of over $5 remains when the child leaves the school, a refund cheque will be issued to the parent (upon request). Unfortunately, requests for cancellations made after the 3-week cut off prior to the Fun Lunch Day occurring cannot be completed as the food order will already have been placed.
Sick/Not At School Policy -If your child is going to be away for fun lunch please advise the office BEFORE 10am on the fun lunch day if you would like to pick up your childs meal. The number to contact the school is (250)744-2701. Please note that lunches cannot be given to another student.
